If Dick Cheney resigns or is impeached, might some start beating the drums for a Bush-Bush one-two punch?

From Wikipedia: Section 2 of the 25th Amendment provides that "Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress."
Congress would never approve Jeb Bush--right? RIGHT?
