Oh my. Let me repeat that: Oh my.
Please don't click either link if you are uncomfortable reading about possible cocaine use by the president and/or a possible extramarital affair by the president's PR guy, who also goes by the name of Brit Hume.

I am uncomfortable with TCOJ propagaitng rumors. Whereas I don't care for the two people involved, there is no admission or overwhelming evidence that either Bush used cocaine or Hume had an extramarital affair.
These are damaging accusations and should not be tossed around carelessly.
Obama did admit cocaine use...and I say good for him. I respect the person that owns up to past choices (both wise and stupid), and I think most people can overlook this non-issue if a politican just admits that they can't change the past, but explains how they can have an impact on the future.
Besides, it's three days into the new year...where's the kitten coverage?
I agree that reading about kittens is always preferable to reading about Brit Hume and his potential kitten.
Oh, I also agree that the links pretty much speak for themselves in terms of the "evidence" on both counts. I thought it was amusing that the "Obama did drugs" talking point morphed into a discussion of the president's possible drug use, effectively neutralizing "Republican dirty trick number one" for 2008.
What good would TCOJ be if it didn't continue propagating rumors? That's the purpose of all blogs, isn't it?
