The Days of The Week

Martin Short, Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara -- still as funny today as they were years ago on SCTV. Catherine O'Hara, for example, just won the "best supporting actress" award from the National Board of Review for For Your Consideration.

But whatever happened to the great Joe Flaherty, and why isn't he making movies?

"Damn these high-rises! When are they gonna stop
building them higher than our ladders
can reach? Conversely, when are we going
to start building ladders that can reach these high-rises?"
-- Joe As
Charlton Heston in an
SCTV spoof of The Towering Inferno,
which you can also find on YouTube.

...and why, oh why, can I not find "On the Waterfront...Again" on YouTube.

Blobby, I love your name!

I don't think that SCTV has been released on DVD due to some copyright issues involving music?

I'm desperately waiting for The "Peoples Golden Global Choice Awards" skit to make it to YouTube.
